Bookings & Cancellations

How booking works

Choose your dates on the suite page and send a request. Nothing is charged at that point. Eileen reads every request herself and replies personally, normally within a few hours, to confirm the suite is free and send payment details.

Holding your dates

Your dates are held provisionally from the moment your request arrives. The hold becomes a confirmed booking once the deposit is received.

Deposit and balance

A deposit of 30% of the total confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made inside 30 days, the full amount is due on confirmation.

Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full.
  • Between 30 and 14 days: the deposit is retained, the balance is refunded.
  • Inside 14 days: no refund, though Eileen will always try to re-let the suite and refund what she can.

Changes

Ask. If the calendar allows it, dates get moved without a fee. This is a four-suite, owner-run business, not a chain, and it is treated that way.

Minimum stays

Three nights for Calypso Cove 1, Calypso Cove 6 and Evans Close 1. Two nights for Evans Close 4. Longer minimums may apply over Christmas and New Year.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am. Both flex when the calendar allows. Tell us your flight times and we will do what we can.
