Who you are booking with

Palm Bay Getaways is an owner-operated business on Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, offering four self-catering suites in West Bay.

Your booking

A booking is an agreement between you and Palm Bay Getaways for the dates, suite and guest count confirmed in writing. The suite is let to the number of guests stated. Please ask before bringing anyone else.

The suite

Suites are non-smoking. Pets are not accepted. Please treat the suite as you would a friend’s home, and tell us about anything that breaks so we can fix it for the next guest.

What is included

Every suite comes with snorkel gear, two beach chairs, a small cooler, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, an iron, a kitchen or kitchenette and washer and dryer access.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for their own safety in and around the water. Palm Bay Getaways is not liable for loss, injury or damage except where caused by our negligence.

Prices and taxes

Rates are quoted in US dollars and include the Cayman Islands government tourist accommodation tax, shown separately in your quote. Cleaning is charged once per stay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
